Thanksgiving Worship and Thankfest

Thankfeast! Saturday, November 23, 2:00 (sharp!). This is a church tradition going back some 50 years! It began because so many in our church were young Marines – away from home for Thanksgiving – and so we shared it together (along with a lot of guests invited to join us). We still have a special place for Marines! Be sure to invite and bring those neighbors, friends, co-workers, etc. This is not only a fellowship event but also an outreach event, “connecting with our community.”
+++ Dinner. We do this by specific food donations. See the sign-up sheet on the fellowship counter and/or speak with Amanda Cerny. Your generosity is appreciated! Bring your donation READY TO SERVE in the Fellowship Building from 1:45-2:00. Amanda will be there to set it out on the serving table.
+++ Worship. A short service of praise and thanksgiving will be held in the Chapel from 2:00 (sharp) to 2:30.
